Each Kep machine is dedicated to one client. There is no shared server, no shared model, no router that could ever mix one firm's documents with another's.
One machine, one monthly fee — it doesn't change as your headcount grows, unlike per-seat cloud AI subscriptions.
The assistant runs locally on your hardware. An office internet outage doesn't take your AI down with it.
Documents are read and indexed on the machine in your office. Kep never uploads, syncs, or backs up your data to us — we simply can't see it.
Roadmap
Kep starts with law firms — matter management, deadline extraction, clause libraries, conflict checks and Word/Excel integration — and expands to other regulated UK industries as demand proves out, not all at once.
